'Truman Capote' Philip Seymour Hoffman, Oscar Winner,Dies At 46

Manhattan, New York : Philip Seymour Hoffman,a famous American actor and director, who won  the best actor Oscar for film "Capote",2005 , 3 best supporting actor Oscar nominations and 3 Tony Award nominations , died on Feb. 2,2014 in his bathroom at West Village,Manhattan office apartment,due to drug overdose. He was 46.It is mentioned that Hoffman was found dead by playwright David Bar Katz.

Beacon, New York  : Toshi Aline Seeger, an american folk singer Pete Seeger's wife,who was also a filmmaker, producer and  environmental activist, died on Jul. 9,2013 at her home. Toshi Seeger passed away 9 days before her 70th wedding anniversary.She was 91.
